For very delicate and light fur (e.g., Afghan hounds), you can dilute the conditioner even in a ratio of 1:40. Wait 1-5 minutes, then rinse thoroughly and dry your pet. Spray the detangling product on the fur, gently massage it in with your fingers, then comb, avoiding harsh pulling.
