Tuna provides valuable protein, unsaturated fatty acids Omega 3 and Omega 6, iodine, zinc, and vitamin D3. Duck is characterized by a relatively high fat content and contains a significant amount of magnesium and vitamin B1 (thiamine). Pomegranate seeds contain a wide range of health-promoting components. They are rich in ellagic acid, a natural antioxidant and effective cell protector. Pomegranate seeds have a beneficial effect on the immune, cardiovascular, and nervous systems.
