Tuna provides valuable protein, unsaturated fatty acids Omega 3 and Omega 6, iodine, zinc, and vitamin D3. Duck is characterized by a relatively high fat content, containing a significant amount of magnesium and vitamin B1 (thiamine). Pomegranate seeds contain a wide range of health-promoting ingredients.
