It is characterized by low fat content and high nutritional value. A source of B vitamins and minerals such as iron, magnesium, zinc, selenium, phosphorus, and potassium. Pomegranate seeds contain a wide range of health-promoting ingredients. They are rich in ellagic acid, a natural antioxidant and effective cell protector. Pomegranate seeds have a beneficial effect on the immune, cardiovascular, and nervous systems.
