When selecting the right size for your dog, measure the chest circumference and neck circumference, and choose the appropriate size. When planning to buy a harness for a puppy, consider its growth, and for small breeds, choose a harness 1-2 sizes larger than its current size. For large and medium breed puppies, choose a harness 2-3 sizes larger.
