The bottom of the pads is protected with a waterproof layer that safeguards the floor from damage and contamination, and there are adhesive strips to prevent the mat from shifting. The absorbent layer is made from cellulose enriched with polymers and activated charcoal, which has strong moisture-absorbing properties, neutralizes unpleasant odors, and disinfects.
