The jacket is made from two types of material: the outer layer is waterproof polyester coated with a hydrophobic layer. In an effort to care for the environment, it is made from recycled polyester fibers. The interior of the jacket features a thin and smooth nylon lining that repels dirt and hair. The jacket covers the most important parts of the animal's body (back, neck, belly, and rear) and protects them from getting wet and cold. The back part extends down to the lower back, while the bottom covers the chest and belly. The high, foldable collar protects the neck. How to care for Pomppa dog clothing:
- Avoid unnecessary washing. Frequent washing causes wear on the fabric and its coating. If there are no visible stains or dirt, try airing the product in a well-ventilated area or placing it in the freezer to eliminate any odors.
- If necessary, wash the clothing in the washing machine on a gentle cycle at 30°C.
- Do not use aggressive detergents, stain removers, bleach, or fabric softeners.
- After washing, hang the clothing to dry; do not tumble dry, iron, or dry clean.
- The outer layer is coated with a hydrophobic layer, which degrades after multiple washes. You can restore it using impregnation products commonly available in outdoor clothing stores.
